Services
Most businesses do not need a complete ERP. They need the four or five workflows that decide whether the month closes on time: orders, stock, purchasing, customer balances and the report the accountant asks for. We build that system around how your business already runs, then extend it when a new workflow proves it deserves software.
Two people count the same shelf and get two answers. Reorder decisions wait for someone to walk the aisle with a notebook.
Sales, purchases and expenses live in separate files. Closing the month is a reconstruction, not a report.
A second location means a second copy of the truth, and a phone call at closing time to reconcile them.
Barcode or reference entry, per-line discounts, returns that put the quantity back, and a shift report for the cash drawer.
Order, receive, pay, and see what is still owed without opening a notebook.
Who owes what, since when, and which credit limit has been reached — with a statement you can send.
One export the accountant accepts, and a margin view by product or branch that does not need a rebuild every month.
Fixed scope. Fixed price.
Agreed in writing before anything is built. You approve before we start.
Half a day with the counter, the store and the accountant. We write down what happens today, including the workarounds nobody documented.
The smallest set of modules that removes the daily pain. Shipped, used and corrected before the next module starts.
A second module is built when the first is in daily use — not because it was on a list written in month one.
Documentation, training, and a repository your own developer can read without calling us.

FAQ
What owners usually ask before requesting a quote for it.
No. Most projects start with one workflow. The system is designed so the next module does not require rewriting the first.
If the counter loses connectivity, it can — and that is a design decision with real trade-offs (sync conflicts, local backups). We will tell you which of your workflows actually needs it.
Products, customers and balances are imported, cleaned and checked against a printed control total before go-live. Nothing is deleted until you approve the count.
It does not replace your accountant, and it does not settle a process nobody has agreed on. Software makes an agreed process faster; it makes a contested one louder.
