Two stock figures, one product
The site has its own count, the counter has another, and the last unit is sold twice in the same afternoon.
Services
The order arrives, someone calls to confirm it, the courier takes it to a commune the delivery page never listed, and some parcels come back refused. An online store here is not a catalogue with a payment button; it is an order, a confirmation, a delivery and a possible return, each with a cost attached. We build the whole path, not the front page.
The site has its own count, the counter has another, and the last unit is sold twice in the same afternoon.
The owner quotes a delivery price per order from memory. Two customers in the same commune pay different amounts for the same box.
A refused parcel comes back, the stock is not increased, and the delivery fee appears nowhere except in the month's total.
Categories and variants, a checkout that asks for a phone number and a commune, and pages a search engine can read without running JavaScript.
Each order carries the amount to collect, the courier fee and its return status. The day's collected cash is matched against the orders marked delivered.
A rate per wilaya and commune, a stopdesk option, free delivery above a value you set, and the rate that applied when the order was placed, kept with the order.
One figure for physical stock, a reserved quantity for unconfirmed orders, and a return that puts the unit back where it came from.
Fixed scope. Fixed price.
Agreed in writing before anything is built. You approve before we start.
The first weeks of orders, and the calls the team makes to confirm them. Those calls name the fields the checkout is missing.
Delivery cost decides which products are worth selling online. Rates and communes come first; the layout comes after.
Heavy, fragile and low-margin items lose money once the courier is paid. The first catalogue is the set that does not.
A refusal has a wilaya and a product attached to it. That number tells you what to change; a visit count tells you nothing you can act on.
FAQ
What owners usually ask before requesting a quote for it.
No. Most orders here are paid at the door, and a store that offers only a card form loses them. A gateway or wallet is added when you have a merchant account and a real share of customers asking for it.
The courier companies you already work with, or your own driver. We connect the one you use and reconcile what it reports; we are not a courier and we do not take a share of the delivery fee.
No. The counter stays the place where a walk-in customer is served and where the cash drawer is counted. The store is another channel reading the same stock, not a second business.
It comes back, it is restocked with a recorded reason, and the delivery fee is counted as a cost of that order. Refusals are part of selling here; the system cannot prevent them, only make them visible and cheaper to process.
