8:00 AM — Download Expiring List (10 min)
- Download list from Namecheap/GoDaddy
- Run Python script to filter by length (5-8 chars) + TLD (.com, .io, .ai)
- Output: ~2,500 domains remaining (75% reduction)
8:10 AM — Bulk Metrics Lookup (15 min)
- Run bulk SEMrush/Ahrefs API check for CPC + Search Volume
- Keep only domains with CPC > $2 and Volume > 500
- Output: ~150 domains remaining (85% reduction)
8:25 AM — Manual Verification (15 min)
- Score remaining 150 on brandability + spelling (scale 1-10)
- Keep domains scoring 7+
- Output: ~12 domains remaining
8:40 AM — Bidding & Backordering (5 min)
- Place bids on GoDaddy auctions
- Backorder on Porkbun/Namecheap for expiring domains
- Budget: $150 max per domain
